Can I see my own doctor on Care Convene?
Care Convene does not employ any doctors, but works directly with providers to use our virtual platform with existing patients.
How do I access Care Convene?
While Care Convene is primarily a secure and easy to use chat / video tool, the platform also offers the capability for providers to send patients Care Assessments and receive ADT (Admit, Discharge & Transfer) notices.

How do I start a Visit?
To start a visit on Care Convene you must first Link to a Provider or Practice. As we are a practice-based telehealth platform there is limited “ad hoc visit” (connect with a random doctor) support at this time.
We strive to connect you with healthcare providers with whom you already have an established relationship.
What if my doctor is not on Care Convene?
Providers can register for free using our online contact form, our staff is working around the clock to get new providers on our platform.

How do I pay for a visit on Care Convene?
How you pay for a visit on Care Convene depends on your doctor’s workflow. In some cases, your doctor may charge you a flat fee by credit card or they may charge insurance after the visit. Please work with your doctor to determine what fees you will pay.
What kind of visits can I use Care Convene for?
Care Convene can be used for acute symptoms such as cough, fever, headache, sore throat, muscle pain, etc.
Our platform also offers chronic disease management for conditions such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Arthritis, etc.
Care Convene is your PHR (Personal Health Record) and allows patients to keep track of medications, immunizations and allergies.
Is Care Convene secure?
Care Convene adheres to all federal (HIPAA & HITECH) and state regulations regarding privacy and security.
All technical infrastructure, data and employees are located in the USA. Our cloud host provider has been audited and attained industry certifications such as SOC 1 & 2 and HiTRUST.
